I have a background in cognitive science, linguistics, and human development, I spent time in academic research before transitioning to UX. I've worked as a consultant working with dozens of clients and as an in-house researcher on enterprise and consumer technologies.

I've mentored UX researchers and designers, helped to hire and grow teams, and empowered product and design teams to conduct actionable research. I've also built programs, executed them, and evaluated them. I love bringing order to chaos, love a good logistical challenge, and enjoy enabling teams to operate at their very best.
