With a background in cognitive science, linguistics, and human development, I have a background in mixed method research. I started my career in academic research, studying how people learn in informal education environments, specifically science museums!

I've leveraged my years of research experience to work with product teams to develop products with the end user experience in mind. My experience spans the research spectrum - from generative to evaluative projects. I've worked both in consulting and on the client side. My passion is design research and helping teams create designs that are usable (and delightful) for their intended users. I love to partner with Design teams to do iterative and actionable research. I also love educating people about research along the way!

When I'm not working, you can probably catch me running on the streets of Chicago 🏃🏻‍♀️, walking my rescue dog named Stroopwafel all over the city 🐾, experimenting with some new recipe in the kitchen 👩🏻‍🍳, or tending to one of my (too) many plants 🪴.
